Gateforth One was founded by Dean Russell to help UK businesses make better decisions about energy cost, performance and capital investment. Dean’s background is in energy, commercial review and practical problem-solving. He has seen how easily businesses can be pushed towards supplier-led solutions, broker-led recommendations or capital projects before the numbers have been properly tested. His view is simple: most businesses know what they spend on energy, but very few know whether that spend is consistent, justified or commercially fixable.
